Day 7 Counseling
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here!
There is hope, it can get better, and I can help!
About Day 7
Many people wait until their life is unmanageable before reaching out for help. Frequently, couples wind up in a counselor’s office as a last resort before contacting an attorney or filing divorce papers. Wouldn’t it be nice to get help now, before things get that bad? Don’t believe those thoughts you keep telling yourself, that it can’t get better and there is no hope. Along with helping couples, I can also help with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, or just struggles when life gets difficult. In other words, individuals as well as couples who are dealing with a wide variety of relationship issues. I specialize in sexual addictions, both men and women, and the effects the addiction has had on your spouse and family. Sexual addictions often come with a history of sexual abuse, so I can help with that, too. Or, if you just want to have someone to talk to who will listen, not judge, and understand. Thank you for visiting the Day 7 website. I know how difficult it is to reach out for help. I offer a safe place where you can openly talk about your struggles without judgment or shame. A place to find rest and start to make sense of all those thoughts and emotions that bombard you on a daily basis. ***Couples, now available, The Gottman Relationship Check-Up! A great tool/assessment for your marriage, whether you’re looking to enrich your relationship or desiring to repair and restore a troubled one. Check out the details here.*** Please check with your insurance to confirm coverage and reimbursement.
