My Counseling Approach
Are you looking for a Christian counselor in Orange Co. and surrounding area? Look no further! Your faith is important to you, so it’s important to me. Are you feeling down and sad a lot? Do you find yourself losing your temper with your kids more than you like? Or how about dreading going to work or just going outside? Are you and your spouse fighting about the same things over and over? I have experience helping others with all those things, and more. Unlike Biblical counseling, I will not suggest you read your Bible more or pray more.
I believe in the power of prayer, but I also believe we need help learning how to apply those Biblical principles. We can include your faith to whatever degree you choose – not at all, a little, a lot, or anywhere in between.
So, don’t believe everything you think. Those thoughts in your head tell you that things will always be this way, but that’s a lie. I offer a safe place where you can openly talk about your struggles without judgment or shame and start to make sense of your life.
